We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Assistant Chef to support the daily operations of our kitchen & ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.Playing a key role in overseeing food preparation, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, & working closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiencesResponsibilities:Supervise & coordinate daily food preparation & kitchen operations.Monitor inventory levels & place supply orders in line with business needs.Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations & maintain impeccable standards of hygiene & cleanliness at all times.Collaborate effectively with the restaurant team to uphold customer satisfaction & service standards.Address & resolve customer inquiries or issues in a professional & timely mannerRequirements:Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant sector.Strong knowledge of food safety standards & culinary practices (HACCP Level 1 & 2 certification required).Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate & support a team.Excellent organisational & communication abilities.A positive attitude & a genuine passion for delivering high-quality food & serviceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed termPay: From €15.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 40 per weekWork Location: In person
