Position Summary
NeoDyne is recruiting a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our expanding Power Generation & Energy Systems team. Experience with Peaking, CCGT, CHP Plants or Embedded Renewables would be highly desirable but not essential as we will provide full training.
The role is offered as a full‑time staff position, based out of our Cork Office, with an excellent salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Produce drawings, wiring schematics, lists and data sheets using AutoCAD and EPLAN.
Design electrical control systems and instrumentation for power generation and energy systems.
Oversee the installation of control systems and instrumentation equipment.
Collaborate with technicians and contractors to ensure proper implementation.
Undertake Factory and Site Acceptance Testing.
Commissioning activities in the field.
Experience & Skills
Required
Level 8 Degree in Electrical, Energy Engineering, or equivalent.
4-5 years’ experience in electrical engineering.
Experience using AutoCAD and EPLAN or similar software.
Knowledge of process instrumentation and wiring.
Experience with Peaking, CCGT, CHP Plants or Embedded Renewables desirable, but full training will be provided.
