Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive employment tax advisory services to business units, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Contribute to projects and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals, driving business outcomes and enhancing stakeholder value.
* Communicate complex tax issues effectively with non-tax colleagues, fostering collaboration and informing business decisions.
* Participate in the management of employment tax risk across the company, mitigating potential exposure and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging influencing skills to drive consensus and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
* 3 years of Irish employment tax experience in practice or industry, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate solutions.
* Experience managing diverse workstreams, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
