About TMH:Total Materials Handling (TMH) is a leading provider of material handling solutions, supporting our customers with service, maintenance, and equipment management. We are looking for a motivated Service Support Coordinator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.Role Overview:As a Service Support Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for engineers and customers, ensuring service jobs are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently. You'll manage purchase orders, assist with invoicing, update customer portals, and help track machines and short-term hire jobs. This is a hands-on administrative role that requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach.Key Responsibilities:* Take calls from **customers and engineers** and log service requests.* Raise and manage **jobs in Service Geeni**.* Update service leads about unissued or pending jobs.* Request **POs from customers** and link them to jobs.* Complete jobs and generate **invoices in Service Geeni**.* Update **customer portals** with job progress.* Investigate and resolve **customer invoice queries**.* Track **machines in inventory** and manage short-term hire jobs.* Liaise with internal teams to support smooth service operations.Skills & Attributes:* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.* Clear, professional communication skills.* Proficient in **Service Geeni** or similar service management systems.* Competent in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Experience:* Previous experience in service administration, customer service, or parts support, preferably within material handling, industrial machinery, or a similar technical sector.* Familiarity with service processes, invoicing, and job tracking is an advantage.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
