We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with book keeping and HR experience. Candidates will need to have a can do attitude and be comfortable working off their own initiative as well as within a team.Key ResponsibilitiesDebtors ledger maintenanceResponding to all internal and external queries in a timely mannerRaise and send revenue invoices and statementsLiaising with family members / staff via telephone and emailKeep management informed of potential debtor issuesManaging clocking systemEnsuring that rosters are up to date.any other ad hoc duties relevant to your skills/qualifications that may be assigned to you by your managerManagement of trainingthe successful candidate will also be highly computer literate with the ability to use multiple software systems.
