-Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure raw material availability.
-Monitor production workflow, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to maximize efficiency.
-Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout production.
-Communicate production plans and changes effectively with team leaders and factory staff.
-Analyze production data to forecast demand, plan capacity, and optimize resources.
-Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to align production with delivery schedules.
