Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to manufacture high-precision components. Select and configure cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and offsets per job specifications and drawings. Conduct in-process quality inspections and measurements to ensure tolerances and finish requirements are met. Achieve competitive cycle times and contribute to production output targets. Perform preventive maintenance on machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operations and part conformity. Reorder tooling and materials as needed to support continuous production. Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements and ensure best practices. Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
