A Role That Fits Around You
Are you looking for a veterinary role that balances clinical fulfilment with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle? At Crescent Veterinary Clinic, we’re seeking a caring, motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our supportive and collaborative team. Whether you’d like to work part-time, condensed hours, or with flexibility around family or personal commitments, we’re happy to shape the role around the right person.
This is your chance to enjoy the best of both worlds: the clinical variety and teamwork of a busy practice, alongside the work-life balance that keeps you thriving.
What's the Role?
The role can be tailored to you – from a few days a week to flexible part-time hours. You’ll enjoy a balanced mix of consultations, internal medicine cases, and routine surgeries, with plenty of scope to develop in areas of interest. If surgery excites you, we can support you in growing those skills, with a certificate holder in Cardiology also available for collaboration and mentoring.
Weekends: Shared fairly, with full weekends off built into the rota
OOH: Minimal, with a structured rota and protected downtime
We believe flexibility works both ways—so we’ll work with you to build a rota that supports both your career and your personal life.
Why Choose Crescent?
You’ll be part of a close-knit, experienced team of 6 vets, 7 nurses, and brilliant support staff, all committed to kindness, collaboration, and professional growth. Shared learning is part of daily life here—whether through case discussions, mentoring, or simply having supportive colleagues by your side.
Our practice is well-equipped with:
* Digital radiography
* Idexx in-house lab
Above all, you’ll be joining a clinic that values people as much as pets. We know that a happy, supported team delivers the very best care.
