This strategic role is centered around driving process improvements to boost productivity, efficiency, and overall quality within manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Spearheading process enhancements through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
2. Providing technical support to ensure seamless execution of production processes.
3. Evaluating the introduction of new products and technologies into production streams.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering, along with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity. Proficiency in analytical tools and data-driven decision-making is highly beneficial.
