Job Title: IT Project Management Leader
Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects on-time, within agreed budgets, to quality standards with transparency of issues across vendors, business clients and IT.
* Plan and assign work to project teams and maintain oversight of progress and execution
* Manage project finances and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend project delivery approaches which minimise risk while meeting timeline and cost targets.
* Keep all stakeholders well-informed of project progress. Obtain sufficient information to make informed and substantiated decisions.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Implement and manage risk and issue controls. Drive resolution of project issues via engagement with cross-functional teams as necessary.
* Execute all processes necessary for managing and prioritising project delivery and finances, ensuring adherence to PMO methodology and governance guidelines.
* Assess and verify solution designs for scope, cost, timing and milestone commitments.
* Coordinate and/or support systems retirements associated with solution implementation.
* Ensure compliance with release management and change management practices.
Requirements:
* PMP, PRINCE2, APM or similar qualification in project management/software delivery
* 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience across the full project lifecycle
* Experience in managing IT infrastructure implementation and modernisation, especially networking and cloud modernisation
* Able to manage large rollouts in multiple sites on a global scale
* Able to manage IT infrastructure-related procurement and invoicing, including multiple POs sourced at a national level, as well as accruals
* Comfortable with managing and onboarding multiple vendors
* Able to establish and manage ongoing relationships with supply chain managers
* Experienced in the full software delivery lifecycle and large-scale systems implementation
* Functional domain experience relative to IT projects in sales, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain in an automotive, industrials or electronics industry setting is desirable
* Desirable skills include business intelligence, data warehousing, data governance, Teradata, Informatica, SAP or other ERP systems, CLM, Salesforce, MAP
