Job Title
We are looking for a professional to lead the development and authoring of products to support response processes.
* Lead a team in developing and authoring products to support response processes.
* Ensure compliance with processes and workflows.
* Coordinate and collaborate on assigned tasks.
* Analyze incidents for potential business process breaks and gaps.
* Author analysis reports that define risks associated with identified business process breaks and gaps.
* Update policies and procedures as needed.
* Communicate findings to leadership.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytic skills, critical thinking, and technical expertise to protect assets. They will also have experience in reviewing organizational policy and standards, knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response and Anti-Virus tools.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience operating within cybersecurity, 5+ years of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, issue documentation, and customer/vendor relations. They will also have 3+ years of experience using project management tracking tools, problem and incident management, and availability management.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Cybersecurity Experience: 5+ years operating within cybersecurity
* Production Support Experience: 5+ years in production supporting, including problem identification, issue documentation, and customer/vendor relations
* Technical Skills: Strong analytic skills, critical thinking, and technical expertise; experience with Endpoint Detection and Response and Anti-Virus tools
