Key Responsibilities
Provide
day-to-day functional and technical support
for SAP SD-related issues.
Manage and
prioritize incidents and service requests
in line with SLAs.
Collaborate with business teams to
analyze requirements and deliver solutions
aligned with business goals.
Execute
end-to-end configuration, testing, and documentation
for SD processes.
Participate in
full lifecycle implementations
and continuous improvements.
Prepare and review
functional and technical specifications
for ABAP developments.
Perform
debugging/code analysis
and work with ABAP teams on custom routines and exits.
Work with
EDI/IDoc
,
BAPI/BADI
, and
ALE
configurations.
Ensure data consistency through
master data setup and validation
.
Support
account assignment and revenue recognition
processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
FI, MM, and Logistics
.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years
of hands-on experience in
SAP SD
.
Strong functional expertise in
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
and good knowledge of
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
,
FI
, and
Logistics
.
2+ full lifecycle implementations
in SAP SD.
In-depth knowledge of
ECC SD pricing condition techniques
and configurations.
Experience in
ABAP pricing routines
,
user exits
,
BADI/BAPI
, and
custom development specs
.
Familiarity with
Service Management
is a plus.
Proficient in
debugging, root cause analysis
, and technical collaboration.
Excellent
communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
skills.
