Full-time, Permanent position as a Pharmacy Sales AssistantCandidates need a minimum of 3 years community pharmacy experience, strong work ethic and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet customers, provide prompt information, and offer advice on a range of products.Sales: Sell and advise on over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, complimentary medicines, and beauty/grooming products.Product Knowledge: Have strong knowledge of all products available for sale within the pharmacy.Stock Management: Order stock, manage inventory, and handle administrative duties such as till reconciliation at end of day.Merchandising & Maintenance: Perform general merchandising and ensure work areas are clean and tidy.Required Skills & Experience:Experience in a community pharmacy environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and other staff members.Demonstrated commitment to quality service.Honesty, integrity, and an strong understanding of confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Are you someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys a fast-paced environment?
