Role Overview

We are seeking a
Social Media Manager
to manage our social media platforms, increase engagement, and grow our online presence.

The ideal candidate should have a creative eye for content, understand audience engagement strategies, and demonstrate prior success managing social media for other brands or organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Brand Positioning

* Develop a cross-platform social media strategy aligned with the foundation's identity and goals.
* Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels.
* Focus on high-growth platforms such as
Instagram (Meta)
and
TikTok
, in close coordination with the Brand Marketing Team Lead.

Editorial Planning & Content Management

* Develop audience-specific growth strategies for each channel, including trend and competition analysis in the beauty and lifestyle environment.
* Create and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
* Identify relevant topics, plan campaigns, and coordinate content across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Develop effective content for new products, brand moments, and seasonal campaigns.

Content Creation & Storytelling

* Conceptualize and produce creative, platform-specific content (reels, stories, live sessions, behind-the-scenes).
* Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action in a consistent, brand-aligned tone.
* Plan and moderate interactive formats such as tutorials, expert talks, and challenges.
* Develop and implement online announcements and campaigns that align with the foundation's mission and activities.

General Tasks

* Implement the overall social media strategy in line with organizational goals.
* Manage daily posting and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
* Track analytics and growth metrics to improve performance.
* Collaborate with the team to promote events, campaigns, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

* Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, NGOs, or public figures.
* Strong communication and content creation skills (graphic design or video editing a plus).
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
* Creativity and familiarity with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Compensation
