Boxcore is a fast growing construction safety and workforce management software company operating across Ireland, the UK, the EU and the US. We're hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and run our marketing activity across content, LinkedIn (organic and paid), email, account based marketing and SEO.
This is a standalone role. You'll be the only marketer in the business and trusted to take ideas from concept to execution, improve performance over time and support sales activity. We're looking for someone ambitious, practical and comfortable taking ownership.
What you'll do
* Create and publish content for website, LinkedIn and sales use
* Run organic and paid LinkedIn activity, including targeted campaigns
* Support account-based marketing aligned with live sales opportunities
* Create customer case studies based on real project use
* Improve SEO through content, on-page optimisation and structure
* Own website and landing page performance from traffic to enquiry
* Work closely with founders and sales to refine messaging
* Track performance across channels and improve continuously
What we're looking for
* 2–5 years experience in hands-on B2B digital marketing
* Strong experience with LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns
* Proven content creation and writing ability
* Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Comfortable working independently and making decisions
Experience in SaaS, construction or engineering markets is a strong advantage.
