The Role
As an Experienced Spray Painter, you'll be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles/parts to the highest standard. You will play a key role in ensuring every job leaves our workshop with a flawless finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
* Mix and match paints to achieve accurate colour finishes.
* Apply basecoats, topcoats, lacquers, and special finishes using spray guns and related equipment.
* Work with precision to deliver smooth, even, high-quality results.
* Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment.
* Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Collaborate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a spray painter in automotive, industrial, or custom paintwork.
* Strong eye for detail and colour matching.
* Skilled in prepping, refinishing, and polishing techniques.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, PPE, and safe use of spray equipment.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
