As Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations on a large-scale, multi-phase housing scheme.
The project includes a diverse mix of unit types and will be delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure deadlines are met Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and health & safety standards Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design team to manage progress, quality, and costs Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with all stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills Full driving licence required Package: Competitive salary ( 100k 120k) Performance-related bonus Car allowance Company benefits package This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable developer offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to make your mark on a major housing scheme in the Midlands.
