Care Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Care Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients worldwide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalization, and complaints.
* Manage daily workload and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of cases.
* Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
* Collaborate with our in-house medical team to coordinate client admissions, evacuations, and other cases as required.
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
2. Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
3. Ability to work in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines.
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
5. Flexibility to work within rotating shift patterns.
6. Valid EU work permit and ability to work full-time year-round.
7. Fluency in English and second language (Spanish).
