As a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to join our team.
About the Role
This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of our Albumin Plant start-up strategy and activities.
* Direct the effective development and execution of the plant's operational strategy and objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to design, construct, and validate the facility, ensuring adherence to cGMPs, EU HPRA/US FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.
* Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in pharmaceutical operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and qualification and operation of new manufacturing facilities.
* Expertise in material and process flow knowledge, including theory of constraints, lead time, and transit times for sterile production and distribution.
* Strong knowledge of cGMPs, EU HPRA/US FDA regulations, and industry guidelines for the production, labeling, and distribution of human blood plasma-derived medicines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, train, coach, and develop subordinates.
* Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills, including cost modeling.
