Seeking a seasoned construction management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. As part of our team, you will plan for upcoming projects, prepare site documentation, manage personnel and equipment, and provide technical guidance to engineers and site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan for upcoming projects including organisation of required plant, personnel and subcontractors.
2. Prepare site documentation including RAMS plans;
3. Ensure inhouse applications for tracking equipment are up to date;
4. Provide technical guidance to engineers on project execution.
Requirements:
* •5+ years experience as Construction Manager or similar role;
•A valid degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field is desirable.
