We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive business growth within the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the SME segment
* Manage inbound leads, drive pipeline growth, and meet KPIs
* Demonstrate deep product knowledge and apply structured sales techniques
* Effectively communicate and showcase the company's value proposition
* Track and prioritize sales opportunities with timely follow-ups
* Implement strategies to optimize lead conversion rates
* Provide account management and support clients' technology strategies
* Collaborate with leadership and clients to refine sales processes and drive revenue growth
Requirements for Success:
* Native/fluent in German and English (C1/C2) (both written and spoken)
* 2+ years of experience in an SDR role within SaaS/IT services OR 6–12 months in B2B sales as an individual contributor
* Experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator
* Strong expertise in prospecting, discovery calls, and sales presentations
* Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Ability to effectively communicate technical and business value propositions
* Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
* Excellent sales presence, interpersonal, and presentation skills
