We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in accounts administration, bookkeeping and financial management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a timely manner, with strong organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of debtors and creditors, posting of purchase and sales invoices, bank postings and reconciliations, as well as dealing with supplier queries.
In addition, the Accounts Administrator will assist the Financial Controller in preparing monthly and annual accounts, and undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
