Chef de Partie - The Whiskey Bread at Dublin Airport
Pay rate starts from € per hour, extra 25% per hour on unsociable hours (23:00 - 7:00). An additional 33% an hour on Sunday pay rate.

We have opportunities for Fixed term roles and contracts to suit (with the option for working more hours) as well as our New Seasonal roles that allow you to earn more over the Summer months and tailor down in the off-peak seasons to suit your lifestyle.
As a Chef de Partie you will work a variety of shifts between 00:00 am and 11:59 pm, including weekends.
Food is cooked fresh from Woks, so experience with this type of cooking will be an advantage. Full training is provided.
Requirements:
* Due to some responsibilities within the role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
Please note that all successful candidates are required to provide references for the past 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security Regulations, but don't worry our team will be there to assist you during the process
Responsibilities for Chef de Partie:
* Preparing meats and vegetables
* Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards and paperwork.
* Efficient time keeping and time management of both preparation and food service.
* Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
* Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly cleaning duties are carried out as organized by the Kitchen Manager.
* Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.
