As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the F&B Manager in the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and banqueting services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, leading and motivating a team, and maintaining the highest operational and service standards across all outlets. Our client is a lovely hotel in Galway, recognised for its outstanding service, excellent dining experiences, and a strong commitment to staff development and progression within the group. The Duties: Support the F&B Manager in overseeing the smooth running of all F&B outlets. Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent service consistently. Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and cost management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle guest feedback efficiently and professionally. Support in organising and managing banquets, events, and conferences. Drive continuous improvement in service standards and team performance. The Requirements: Previous supervisory/assistant management experience in a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
