We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and expanding relationships within our existing partnership portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management within SaaS or Fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Existing Partnerships: The successful candidate will act as the main contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring goal alignment and performance tracking.
2. Drive Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing, and product integrations.
3. Monitor Performance: Use KPIs to track partner success and prepare quarterly reviews and strategic plans.
4. Collaborate Internally: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve partner experience.
5. Manage Partner Lifecycle: Oversee renewals, expansions, and new opportunities.
