**Accommodation and Facilities Manager Dublin 2**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Accommodation and Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of key services at a large, dynamic residential space.
This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents and guests, managing partner relationships and coordinating hospitality services, particularly during the busy summer period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate a range of essential services, including cleaning, catering support, landscaping, waste management and security, delivered by external partners.
* Serve as the main point of contact for the planning and delivery of hospitality services during peak seasons.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for all.
* Oversee and manage small to medium-sized refurbishment and improvement projects.
* Manage budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:
* A third-level qualification, ideally in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management or similar.
* Significant experience (5 years+) in a residential, hospitality or facilities management role within a large, complex organisation.
* Proven experience in managing and developing diverse teams.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours and respond to occasional emergencies.
Remuneration: This is a permanent position offering an annual salary between €58,000-€68,000 DOE.
