Receptionist required for busy estate agency. The key competencies are customer service skills, and written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will need to display these competencies above direct experience and qualifications. While direct experience and relevant qualifications are important we are considering candidates who have demonstrated these key competencies in different situations.
The main types on inbound calls are listed below
1. Property for sale enquiry
2. Vendor seeking update
3. Request for a sales valuation
4. Letting and management enquiry
5. Property for let enquiry
6. Tenant reporting a maintenance issue
7. Tenant looking for an update on a maintenance issue
In addition there are administrative duties related to the letting and ongoing management of properties. The role is well resourced, with initial training and ongoing support.
There are 4 people working in our sales team and 10 people working in our letting and management team. We believe work should be fulfilling, challenging and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will be similarly motivated.
