As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Early Years Educators in a classroom setting. Your role will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. You will also support and guide team members while contributing to the smooth daily running of the centre.QualificationsExperience in early years education with a strong understanding of child development and practicesLeadership skills including the ability to motivate, mentor and guide a team effectivelyStrong organisational and planning skills to implement engaging and educational activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleaguesThorough knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in childcareA minimum of a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent recognised qualificationExperience in a Room Leader or similar supervisory role in early years education is highly desirableFirst Aid certification and Child Protection training are advantageous
