Key Responsibilities
* Providing first-class service to customers via our web platforms
* Handling daily enquiries and complaints from customers and branches via phone, chat, and email
* Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
* Enhancing website conversion through effective parts identification on the first attempt
* Taking orders from customers over the phone when required
* Logging all customer contacts into the system
* Prioritizing the customer at all times
Skills and Experience
* Customer service experience
* Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
* Ability to adapt to different types of characters
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
