Operations Manager
Position Overview
We are delighted as part of our internal restructuring to create the new position of Operations Manager here at Athlone RSC.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Sports Centre, ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service, staff performance, and facility presentation.
The role will ensure adherence to relevant legal, statutory, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements, and developing all operational procedures through ISO compliance so Athlone RSC has consistent and quality standards.
The Operations Manager will also focus on delivering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while driving operational efficiency through a thorough preventative maintenance programme, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction. For more information, View full Job Description.
