Financial Arrears Specialist

* This is a telephony-based role, where the successful candidate will assist SME customers who are in financial difficulty.
* The team proactively contacts customers in relation to account arrears and finds the most appropriate solutions for our customers.
We will provide extensive training to equip you with the right tools to successfully complete the role.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You 'll review accounts to see if we should issue pre demands agreements to clear arrears.
* You 'll work with individual accounts following procedures to close out banking facilities with AIB and move them on to recovery.
Requirements
* APA(Loans and Regulations) or QFA qualification is mandatory.
* Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills are essential.
* Previous experience engaging with customers over the telephone is required.
* Previous roles in a financial institution are desirable.
* Credit assessment experience would be an advantage.
