About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for negotiating sub-contractors and managing valuations and variations on projects. You will also review and mitigate budget risks and provide monthly reporting on project budgets.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate with sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Manage valuations and variations on projects to minimize financial risk
* Review and mitigate budget risks to ensure projects stay on track
* Provide monthly reporting on project budgets to stakeholders
* Guide junior members of the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements
* Degree-level education in Quantity Surveying or a related field (apprentice routes are welcome)
* 8+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction
* Strong contracts knowledge to navigate complex project agreements
* Ability to travel regularly to England for work
