Sales Manager - New HomesBackgroundOur client is a well known residential developer operating across Ireland. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee private home sales across a number of new housing schemes. This role is very much hands on, involving the day to day management of sales activity, close collaboration with sales negotiators on the ground, and keeping a close eye on performance, progress and reporting.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to drive performance across multiple developmentsManage day-to-day sales activity including pricing, unit releases, offers and sales approvalsAgree and review sales targets, monitoring progress and responding to local market conditionsOversee launches, sales initiatives and events in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teamsTrack and report on sales performance, income, and contract progress using CRM and internal systemsWork closely with internal teams including Marketing, Transactions, Construction and Business Development to ensure smooth delivery and accurate reportingKey skills required5+ years in a similar role, must have experience managing multiple sales negotiators across multiple developments.The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification in Real Estate.We will accept candidates from agency background who specialise in New Homes.For a full job description, package details or to schedule a call for this role - please reach out to our Property Consultant, Odilija.
