In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of print and finishing equipment, ensuring all finished products meet client specifications and quality standards, and providing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services across the organization
* Manage documentation archives, including creating new units, updating records, and conducting annual reviews
* Provide support to clients with archive queries, including returns, recalls, and searches in the archives database
* Ensure all finished products meet client specifications and quality standards
* Maintain operational efficiency of print and finishing equipment
