This role focuses on driving international Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) business, with a strong focus on the Americas, UK, and Europe.
You will lead strategic efforts to grow this high-value segment, leveraging Hilton's global network and your industry relationships to secure repeat business for the hotel.
Proactively generate new business through sales calls, roadshows, and market visits, especially across the USA, UK, and EUManage inbound international MICE leads and Hilton Worldwide Sales referrals, overseeing the full sales cycle from enquiry to conversionBuild strong relationships with MICE agencies, DMCs, and corporate planners in the luxury and incentive sectorsRepresent Conrad Dublin at international tradeshows, FAM trips, client events, and industry networking functionsAnalyze market trends to inform sales strategy and maximize revenue opportunitiesCollaborate with Events, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and a five-star guest experienceTrack ROI and production by segment and market, providing reports for the Director of Sales, including activity logs, appointments, and leadsNegotiate and close large-scale group contracts, balancing client needs with commercial objectivesEmbrace flexibility in working hours and international travel, with the possibility of remote work based on business needs and time zonesThe ideal candidate should have Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to delivering the highest level of customer service expected from a luxury brandA strategic, proactive mindset and flexibility to adapt to various work situationsExperience in MICE sales within a luxury hotel environmentWillingness and ability to travel internationally regularly
