Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector across the assigned territory Sell engineered solutions into regulated pharmaceutical production environments, aligning technical capabilities with customer needs Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat and expanded business Drive new business development through prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing of new projects Manage customer relationships across all stages of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract award Deliver a consultative, solutions-based sales approach to engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders Conduct one-to-one and group sales presentations, both in person and virtually Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and customers using CRM, market intelligence, and strategic marketing data Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory reporting to the business Develop repeatable sales methodologies, tactics, and strategies for defined target segments Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand trends within pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging Role is based in Dublin with approximately 40-50% travel to the Nordic region. Key Skills & Qualifications Required Proven B2B sales success with 3+ years of high-level achievement, ideally in technical or engineered solutions Experience selling into pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated industrial environments strongly preferred Background in engineering, pharmaceutical packaging, automation, hardware, or related technical products Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent professional experience Strong analytical capability with excellent presentation and negotiation skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within customer organisations Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a team Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are an advantage) Well-developed interpersonal skills with a professional, credible presence Full, clean driving licence Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally, particularly within the Nordics
