Overview
We are currently partnering with a prestigious alternative investment firm based in Dublin 2. In this role, you will support Designated Persons in fulfilling their oversight responsibilities for investment funds. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will work closely with the wider team, contributing to a dynamic environment that continues to evolve with business growth and regulatory change.
Responsibilities
* Assist designated persons with daily oversight and monitoring tasks under AIFMD and internal frameworks.
* Support oversight of service providers, including review meetings, analysis of reports, escalation of issues, and due diligence reviews.
* Maintain and update Service Level Agreements and core framework documents to reflect regulatory changes.
* Develop understanding of fund structures and strategies to ensure compliance with risk frameworks and regulatory limits.
* Contribute to board reporting, policy updates, and onboarding of new funds in line with risk processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in an investment firm, fund service provider, or management company.
* Strong knowledge of AIFMD and CP86 regulations.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within global teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Excel; detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
