We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent for our well-established client based in Park West. The role offers up to 32,500 salary with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries received from multiple channels.
Understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times.
Review warranty claims and payments with clients.
Present and maintain customer service & warranty reports.
Deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers.
Operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards.
Display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries.
Knowledge and skills:
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate person.
Customer service experience within the motor industry would be ideal, however training will be provided
Understanding customers needs and skillfully communicating in a professional and personable manner is a must.
You should be confident and adept at working in a changing environment.
Proven customer handling experience would be ideal.
