They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their growing team, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
In this role, you will support the design, documentation, and delivery of identity governance processes and integrations, working closely with developers, security specialists, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical user stories.
Work with delivery teams to ensure backlog items are refined, prioritised, and ready for development.
Assist with integrating IAM tools into enterprise systems and applications.
Support the design of processes, specifications, and documentation across identity governance.
Participate in testing and validation to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Contribute to continuous process improvement within a regulated, security-focused environment.
Requirements 3rd-level qualification in IT or related discipline.
Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (Sail Point, Saviynt, Okta, or similar).
Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and directory services.
Knowledge of identity lifecycle concepts: provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access reviews.
Ability to write clear functional specifications and process flows.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex requirements for different audiences.
