We're working with a respected and expanding financial services business seeking to appoint a Financial Advisor to support and grow their client base across Dublin and surrounding areas. The role offers flexibility, a strong commission, and a company with a record of promoting from within as the business continues to grow.
This role suits a commercially-minded advisor with a strong background in pensions, protection, and investment planning. You'll work closely with an existing book of clients while developing new opportunities through networking, referrals, and your prospecting efforts.
With administrative support provided and access to an integrated team across life, pensions, investments, and mortgages, you'll have the tools to succeed in a collaborative, client-first environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Advising clients on a range of solutions, including pensions, life cover, income protection, and investments
* Managing and growing a book of clients through regular reviews and proactive outreach
* Developing new business through personal networks, referrals, and marketing activity
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
What we're looking for:
* QFA qualification, additional qualifications such as RPA, AIIPM, or CFP are a bonus
* Minimum of 2-3 years' advisory experience in life and pensions, ideally in a brokerage setting
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and build trusted client relationships
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
