Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Test Team Lead for a 12-month contract on a large-scale data migration project.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading testing teams and a strong understanding of testing strategies for data migration.
This position offers a daily rate of €500–€550, flexible working with one day per week on site, and the potential for ongoing extensions.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the transformation and improvement of the test processes
2. Create and deliver the test strategy within an agile methodology
3. Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives
4. Work alongside internal and external partners to improve and work towards a successful project launch
5. Track, manage and record any issues that arise during the testing lifecycle and deliver to the management team
Requirements:
6. 5 years of Software Test Lead experience and managing QA processes across multiple projects
7. Strong automation and manual testing theories and strategies
8. Agile, CI/CD and DevOps experience
9. Proficiency in at least one programming language
