You will report to the CPO and work with your HR team to support and mentor line managers to deliver day to day advice. Getting involved in projects, and initiatives to drive the culture, partnering with business units and developing key relationships, implement new processes and update policies that align with best practice initiatives. You will drive employee Engagement, performance management, recruitment, Learning, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning as well as several other projects. They are looking for you if you have no less than 5 years in a HR position with responsibilities in each of the areas outlined above.
