Role and responsibilities
The post holder will participate in the operation, development and expansion of pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital (OLOL).
The role will include working with a multi-disciplinary team.
To further develop clinical pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients.
To provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all oncology and haematology patients under the care of OLOL.
To coordinate the supply of cancer treatments from external compounding companies.
To ensure the safe supply of cancer treatments to patients using the National Cancer Information System (NCIS).
