Senior Site Supervisor Job
This senior site supervisor role offers the chance to lead and coordinate skilled teams working on high-end construction projects in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and direct finishing trades, including joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and fit-out operations on site.
* Ensure that all work meets quality standards and is completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
* Read and implement technical specifications and project schedules effectively.
* Monitor progress, report to management, and maintain accurate records of tasks completed and outstanding.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers efficiently.
* Maintain strict health and safety compliance protocols on site.
* Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.
* Develop team members' skills to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a site supervisor or equivalent leadership position.
* Demonstrable track record of delivering projects in Ireland.
* Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
* Experience in residential, commercial, hotel construction, and heritage restoration projects preferred.
* Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Full working rights in Ireland.
* Relevant construction qualifications advantageous but not essential.
