We are seeking a Business Sustainability Specialist to play a pivotal role in understanding and analyzing business needs.
This position involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to identify solutions that improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive business performance.
* Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.
* Solution Design and Validation: Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders during project lifecycles, providing updates and gathering feedback.
* Change Management Support: Assist in change management efforts by providing relevant insights and support during the implementation of new processes and systems.
* Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process maps, and project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement within a corporate environment.
* Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and an ability to think critically.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, use cases).
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and database concepts (e.g., SQL).
