Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and updating essential construction safety documents, conducting on-site safety audits and preparing follow-up reports, ensuring contractors fulfill their obligations under relevant regulations and coordinating project supervisor responsibilities where needed.
In addition to these core tasks, you will also conduct audits in non-construction settings, provide expert safety guidance to clients and team members, and maintain a customer-first approach at all times.
About You
We are looking for individuals with a relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Safety or a related discipline, preferably with 3 years of post-qualification experience within a construction-focused H&S role.
A strong written and spoken communication skillset is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to produce professional-standard documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversight temporary H&S placements for specific client needs.
* Ensure contractors are fulfilling their obligations under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
* Coordinate and support Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) responsibilities where needed.
* Conduct audits in non-construction settings (e.g., education, property, manufacturing).
* Provide expert safety guidance to clients, contractors, and team members.
