Job Title: Full time Telesales/Admin Role Responsible to: BDC Manager Main Purpose of Job: Due to expansion across the Connolly Motor Group, we are currently recruiting Full time Administrator within the Business Development team in Volkswagen Sligo on a Full-time capacityMonday to Thursday 9-5.30pm and Friday 9-5pm The role: The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the Business Development team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. The role involves working closely with team members. Role Responsibilities: Focus on delivering a premium customer service Achieve daily, weekly, monthly administration tasks Inputting data onto Kerridge (CRM) system Inbound and Outbound calling Aftersales Customer follow up calls Understanding the customers needs Direct any follow up calls to the correct department Liaise with relevant teams to ensure customer needs are met Ad hoc duties during busy periods The person: Skills and Competencies: Minimum of 1-year Administration experience is essential Minimum level 4 Including Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied/Vocation Programme Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email) Ability to work as part of a team Previous target driven telesales experience is a distinct advantage Skills: Strong communication Time Management Attention to detail
