The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, assisting at the trade counter, and processing orders via email and phone. This hands-on position requires exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.

.Responsibilitie
* sActively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience and high levels of satisfaction
* .Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers at the trade counter and collection areas
* .Act as a knowledgeable resource on products and services, offering expert guidance
* .Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for customers
* .Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
* .Accurately process sales and returns using the company's computer systems
* .Maintain cleanliness and organization in trade counter and "front of house" areas
* .Stay informed about new product lines and updates
* .Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
* .Undertake additional tasks as required by management
