Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage our employee remuneration system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Audit and review the provision of all benefits, harmonising across the organisation;
* Manage the HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) as a single source of truth;
* Schedule payroll processing in liaison with outsourced providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs;
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Effective management of BIK, company phones, pension plans, DIS, employee expenses,
staff vouchers, and staff forms;
2. Analyse cost projections for salary issues throughout the year;
