Your new role includes:
Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Monitoring project expenditures and providing accurate forecasts.
Conducting feasibility studies to assess potential financial risks and opportunities.
Providing advice on procurement strategies to maximize value for money.
Preparing tender documents and assist in the bidding process.
Negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors to obtain favourable terms.
Experience you need:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Ideally 2 years of experience within the Irish market
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills for cost management.
Proficiency in using cost estimating software and MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
